Information about your stay at Hotel Mirabell Munich

Check-in is possible from 3 pm. If you arrive in Munich earlier, we will gladly store your luggage free of charge. Subject to availability, you can also book an early check-in from 10 am for a supplement.

Yes. With our online check-in you can prepare your arrival in advance and make checking in at the hotel particularly comfortable.

If you are arriving after 11 pm, we kindly ask you to let us know in advance. Together we will find a suitable solution so that your arrival is relaxed even late in the evening.

Standard check-out is until 11 am. On request and subject to availability, you can add a late check-out until 3 pm and enjoy your stay a little longer.

Yes. We will gladly store your luggage free of charge, so that you can explore Munich at your leisure before moving into your room or after check-out.

From Munich Airport you can reach us easily on the S1 or S8 suburban train to the central station (Bayerstraße exit) – from there it is only a few minutes’ walk. Alternatively, the Lufthansa Express Bus offers a direct connection to the central station. On request, our team will also be glad to arrange an individual transfer.

Yes. Hotel Mirabell has its own car park. As the number of spaces is limited, we recommend reserving your parking space before you arrive.

Yes. Hotel Mirabell lies within Munich’s low-emission zone. To travel here by car you will therefore need a valid green emissions sticker (Umweltplakette).

Yes. A charging point for electric vehicles is available at Hotel Mirabell. As numbers are limited, please let us know briefly before you arrive.

Yes. Guests of Hotel Mirabell can hire bicycles at our partner hotel, Hotel Metropol, which is only around five minutes’ walk away. By bicycle you can comfortably explore Munich city centre, the English Garden and other sights. Our team will gladly suggest attractive cycling routes and destinations.

Thanks to the central location close to Munich Central Station, you can reach Marienplatz, the Viktualienmarkt, the Glockenbachviertel, the Theresienwiese as well as the Messe München exhibition centre and the airport quickly and easily by public transport or by car.

We will gladly take your room preferences into account wherever possible. Unfortunately, however, we cannot guarantee a specific room number.

Yes, families are very welcome. Our Comfort rooms accommodate two adults and one child – here the sofa converts easily into an additional bed.

Yes. We will gladly provide a cot or an extra bed for your stay at Hotel Mirabell. Please let us know your request when booking or before you arrive, if possible, so that we can have everything ready for your arrival.

Unfortunately pets are not permitted at Hotel Mirabell. We thank you for understanding that dogs and other pets cannot be brought along.

Unfortunately Hotel Mirabell is not fully accessible and is therefore only suitable to a limited extent for guests with disabilities. A lift is available. Do get in touch before you book – we will look at which room would suit you best.

Yes. A lift takes you conveniently to all floors as well as to the breakfast area on the lower ground floor.

Yes. Hotel Mirabell is an entirely non-smoking hotel. You will find a smoking area directly in front of the building.

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout Hotel Mirabell. This keeps you comfortably connected with family, friends or the office at any time during your stay.

Yes. Our modern Workspace is ideal for focused work, video calls or smaller meetings. It has a large meeting table for up to eight people, a flat-screen, a flip chart and complimentary Wi-Fi. On request, we will also gladly provide drinks and light snacks.

Of course. Our reception team is happy to help with restaurant recommendations, table reservations, booking taxis and many other requests relating to your stay. We are also glad to share our personal tips for Munich.

Yes. Our self-service Coffee & Tea Bar offers a range of coffee and tea specialities throughout the day. In addition, our 24/7 Maiers Minimarkt stocks snacks, drinks and a range of travel and toiletry items.

Hotel Mirabell does not have its own restaurant and therefore serves neither lunch nor dinner. We are happy to recommend our favourite restaurants in the neighbourhood and to reserve a table for you. Light snacks are available around the clock in our Maiers Minimarkt.

Of course. You can take drinks and snacks from our hotel bar or the Maiers Minimarkt up to your room at any time. We do not offer a conventional room service.

You will find an ironing board in your room, and reception will gladly lend you an iron. For guest laundry we can also arrange a cleaning service on request.

Yes. We are happy to wake you at the time you wish. Just let reception know when you would like your wake-up call.

Our reception is open for you daily from 6.30 am to 11 pm. Outside these hours you can reach us in an emergency around the clock by telephone on +49 (0)89 244 49 99-0.

Bookings made directly through our website can be amended or cancelled online in the reservation system at any time. The cancellation conditions depend on the rate booked and are set out in your booking confirmation.

For your booking you can use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Sofortüberweisung (instant bank transfer). On site you can also pay in cash or by the usual cards.

Yes. You will receive your invoice automatically by email at check-out, or printed out on request. If you need a company address on the invoice, please let us know before check-out.

Yes. Vouchers for a stay or for breakfast at Hotel Mirabell can be purchased conveniently online in our shop – a lovely gift idea for anyone who would like to discover Munich.

Yes. From five rooms upwards we will gladly prepare an individual quotation for you. Simply send us an email with your travel dates and the number of rooms required.

No. Munich does not currently levy a tourist tax or city tax. The price you see when booking is the price you pay.

The Goethe Apotheke pharmacy is directly opposite the hotel, a supermarket is around three minutes’ walk away and the nearest cash machine about seven minutes away. Our reception team will gladly help with any other questions about the area.

Yes. During reception opening hours we are happy to print and copy for you. Combined with our Workspace, this makes Hotel Mirabell ideal for business travellers

Not a problem. Simply contact our team by email or telephone. We will check lost property and, if you wish, send your item on to you.

Yes. We will not leave you out in the rain: subject to availability, reception will gladly lend you an umbrella.

Hotel Mirabell does not have its own wellness area. We are, however, happy to recommend thermal baths and spa facilities in the surrounding area and to help you plan. Cosy bathrobes including slippers can be added during the booking process.

Munich and the surrounding area offer a wealth of possibilities: from sightseeing tours, Hellabrunn Zoo and the Deutsches Museum through to concerts, opera and theatre, castle visits, hiking and boat trips on Lake Starnberg. The surfers on the Eisbach wave are well worth a look, too. Our team will gladly give you personal recommendations.
